Step 1: Complete the form below, providing your personal contact details and uploading a copy of your international passport. Once you submit the form, a non-refundable $50USD consultation fee will be required. Our legal consultant will then contact you within 48 hours to review your case. This fee covers the consultation service provided by our immigration lawyer and helps us identify serious applicants.

Step 2: Following the consultation phase, if you are eligible to apply for a study visa and our consultant confirms our ability to assist you, you will receive a list of documents needed to initiate your visa documentation process. Additionally, you will receive an invoice for our visa documentation service charge.

Our visa documentation service fee ranges from $600USD to $1,500USD, depending on factors such as the applicant’s age, location, university, and the protocols set by the Georgian Embassy assigned to the applicant’s nationality. Generally, international students who gained admission to study in Georgia through Admission Office LLC enjoy a lower service charge, as our agency has already completed some of the applicant’s documentation processes during registration.

The service charge covers the cost of assembling all the visa support documents required from the applicant’s university and other relevant authorities within Georgia for the purpose of applying for the student’s visa. Once the visa documentation service charge is paid, and all the requirements of the assigned Embassy are fulfilled, the student’s visa application will be submitted.

As per the law, each Embassy of Georgia has a maximum of 30 days to review and make a decision on the student’s visa application. The consulate’s decision may be received earlier (within 7-14 days), but it should not exceed 30 days.
